To enable one of our Technicians to assist you
remotely, you will first need to install a small
plugin - click the install
icon to initiate the secure connection between your
computer and one of our Technicians computers! |

Once you click the install icon, you will
be prompted with a few standard security options,
although these can vary between computers
- simply RUN, ALLOW and INSTALL and
requests to complete the installation. |

|
It may take a couple of seconds to
to complete, but once the secure plugin is installed
you should be provided with a 6 digit "client
ID", please give this to the supporting
Technician |

|
These are some examples of the prompts your internet
browser or operating system may present during the
setup of the plugin or application - in summary,
simple select "Run", "Allow"
or "Install" as required. |
